Browse Source 
- 상단 탭 버튼의 폰트, 패딩, 외곽선을 다시 키워 도톰한 pill 세그먼트 형태로 조정
- 탭 래퍼 배경과 선택 탭 배경을 LauncherBackground 기준으로 정리하고 채팅/코드 라벨을 한글로 복구
- README와 DEVELOPMENT 문서에 상단 탭 UI 복구 이력 및 검증 결과 반영
