- 설정 기능 탭에 런처 하단 빠른 실행 칩 표시 토글을 추가하고 기본값을 비활성으로 분리함

- 런처 하단 빠른 실행 칩은 옵션이 켜진 경우에만 로드되도록 바꾸고, 블록 전체와 칩 내부를 중앙 정렬 기준으로 재배치함

- README와 DEVELOPMENT 문서 이력을 2026-04-06 17:09 (KST) 기준으로 갱신함
