코워크·코드 하단 폴더 바에서 권한 선택 버튼 왼쪽에 보이던 세로 구분선을 제거해 footer 작업 바가 더 단순하게 이어지도록 정리했습니다.

README와 docs/DEVELOPMENT.md에 2026-04-06 15:18 (KST) 기준 변경 이력을 반영했습니다.
