AX Agent 내부 설정 공통 탭에서 서비스와 모델, 등록 모델 관리 사이에 있던 하단 구분선을 제거해 같은 흐름의 설정이 자연스럽게 이어 보이도록 정리했습니다.

README와 DEVELOPMENT 문서를 2026-04-06 16:49 (KST) 기준으로 갱신했고 Release 빌드 경고 0 오류 0을 확인했습니다.
