transcript 카드에 작업 종류 chip을 추가해 권한 요청과 도구 결과의 성격을 더 빠르게 구분할 수 있게 했습니다.

명령 실행, 파일 수정, 웹 요청, Git, 문서, 스킬, MCP 등의 카테고리를 상태 chip과 함께 표시하도록 정리했습니다.

README와 DEVELOPMENT 문서를 갱신했고 dotnet build 기준 경고 0 / 오류 0을 확인했습니다.
